Get to know your neighbors and District Directors. Together we can keep our lake healthy and enjoyable for generations to come. In addition to providing members with an update about our finances, we will be electing Directors in all Even Numbered Districts at the meeting. We will also have our remaining inventory of shirts, hats, and sweatshirts available for purchase. Lastly, we will have an opportunity for Q & A about our walleye stocking plans, local business discounts for members, and our new website/member system. Hope to see you there!
The Lake Association has committed to cleaning up our 3-mile stretch of Co Rd 34 from Pilgrim Point Rd to Big Horn Bay Rd (at Co Rd 5) on Saturday, September 12. Meet at the corner of 34 and Pilgrim Point Road at 9:00 a.m. Wear appropriate clothing to walk the ditches along the road. Sometimes it is damp in the morning, so gloves and boots are a good idea.
Organizers are Grace Lambert and Catherine Scholer-Kliewer. They will have safety vests provided by the county and trash bags and poker sticks. We usually divide into 3 groups and each group works about one mile.
If the weather looks questionable on the 12th we will send out an email on the 11th and reschedule to September 26th.
